Singapore Airlines Invests USD850 to Introduce New Cabin Products

Singapore Airlines (SIA) is delighted to announce its significant four-year development programme. The airline will introduce its highly-anticipated new cabin products on its fleet of Airbus A380 aircrafts. Singapore Airlines will invest USD850 to redefine premium flying experience demonstrating its clear commitment to provide luxury service to travel market.

The airline is offering its new cabin products with the theme of “Space made personal, experience the difference”. The latest cabin products are featuring intimate and bespoke elements to provide more space and privacy in every class. Singapore Airlines displayed its cabin products for the first time on 2nd November at a media launch in Singapore.  Firstly, the airline will introduce the latest cabin products on the first five of its new A380 aircrafts entering fleet and later on airline will retrofit its existing 14 aircrafts to ensure product consistency across its A380 fleet.

Latest Singapore Airlines A380 Travel Classes:

The new Singapore Airlines A380 aircraft will feature four classes comprising 471 seats including 6 Suites, 78 Business Class seats on the upper deck, 44 Premium Economy Class seats, and 343 Economy Class seats on the main deck.

Commenting on the latest enhancement, SIA CEO Mr Goh Choon Phong said: “The significant investment that we are making with the introduction of new cabin products demonstrates our commitment to continued investment in products and services, our long-term approach to ensure we retain our leadership position, and our confidence in the future of premium full-service air travel.”

He added: “The new cabin products are the culmination of four years of work, involving extensive customer research and close partnerships with our designers and suppliers. We are confident that the results will genuinely ‘wow’ our customers, and ensure that we continue to provide them an unparalleled travel experience.”
