Thales Entertainment System will Now Delight you on Oman Air Flights in B737 MAX Fleet

Oman Air – the national carrier of Oman is delighted to sign an agreement with Thales to enhance the in-flight entertainment on its aircrafts. Under the agreement, Oman Air’s Boeing B737 MAX aircrafts will be equipped with the Thales’ advanced state-of-the-art AVANT IFE System.  The first aircraft equipped with Thales’ IFE system will enter into service by 2018.

Oman Air is introducing the state-of-the-art IFE system to deliver a memorable guest experience. AVANT is an Android-based platform, featuring lightweight and high quality monitors offering incredible viewing angles and enhances passenger flying experience wherever they fly.

Business class passengers on Oman Air’s B737 MAX will enjoy largest screens. Business and economy class passengers will be able to access an impressive list of entertainment and informative features through Thales’ unique passenger interface.
